Florida v. Georgia

Sorry to all of the Florida Fans and Friends of mine but this week Sharon really wanted to snap a pic in her Georgia hat.  Since it's game day...and I'm a Seminole...and my client really wants a preview of her photographs...here's an appropriate post of her in her cap, right (Go Bulldogs!)!

Cutie Pa-"TuTu"-ie!

Even though this is from just last night, I couldn't resist posting this adorable little 16-month old in her purple Tutu! Cheers!

Fall is in the Air!

How cute are these three siblings?  The way they interacted- so polite and loving was even cuter!  We showed up at the Banyan Trees started taking pictures immediately and romped around in the leaves with smiles abounding.  The biggest smiles seemed to seep through when the kids saw the massive mulch piles- perfect for climbing up and sliding down!  I'll definitely admit that I wished it was appropriate for me to join in the fun with running through the leaves and up the mounds of mulch...aah, childhood!

Rain or Shine, there's always Wine!

This morning may have been forecasted as "Rain All Over Florida", and it sure looked like it, but the rays were shining through on our little section of the island.  Seven-thirty resulted in the perfect time before the clouds closed in on us and so my camera was snapping away!  Drizzles on the way there raised a brow and droplets on the way home wet the brow but it all worked out!  Here's a toast to the prospect of Virginia Philip Wine Shop & Academy having just as smooth of a Grand Opening in November.  Cheers (and Congrats Virginia!)!

Maggie's Motherhood Moments!

Maggie and I have had quite the fast-paced opportunity to befriend one another as fellow photographers and fellow expectant Mom's...it's all thanks to my nearest and dearest, Dianna, and the fun "Grey's Nights" that make for an easy reason for us girls to slap on yoga pants and chit-chat on the sofa!  But, the history of it all is for another day as this posting is all about Maggie, Ahmed and their baby!  So, it was an absolute joy when I was asked to photograph she and her husband for their maternity shots before the Little Miss is welcomed into this world.  That cute, round bump of a baby has been causing quite a stir in their world so it's nice to know that this photo session at the park might just have been a quick, easy break from it all and a reason to smile!  I just love how these images turned out and hope that you enjoy them as much as I do!  Cheers and Congrats to this blossoming family!

Realty Reality!

One of the perks of selling our home was meeting "Mr. Townhome" of Continental Properties .  It turns out that they needed company head shots...and I'm a photographer!  Fancy that!  So, with a baby on-the-way, we closed on our home, took one last picture in front of the cozy little nook where we began our married life and looked on toward the future ahead.  Somewhere in between then and now WP inks was hired to take photographs for the company that helped us into "the next chapter".  Below are just a few of the images from Round One of the sessions.  Here's to the road that lies ahead!

Down by the Water

My photo session with Lorna wasn't like any other so far in that we met each other to the tune of Bag Pipes- Cultural it was;  Florida waterfront-feeling it wasn't.  But splashes of interesting work for me and the subject of my photo shoot didn't seem to mind either!  So we started smiling and snapping as the musical men departed the Fire Truck (yes, they arrived on a big, red Fire Truck!).  The wind seemed to flawlessly sweep Lorna's hair throughout the hour and it turned out to be a lovely evening for photo-taking!  Enjoy!
